Welcome to Live Oak Ranch, a full service boarding facility.  Located in Katy, Texas, we are 25 miles west of Houston and a few miles south of I-10.  Minutes from nearby Katy Mills Mall and the Westpark Toll Road.  

Directions:  

I-10 Westbound:  Exit Pin Oak Rd, take a left back over the freeway.  Take a right as road narrows on Katy-Flewellen.  Proceed 1.9 miles and take a right on Crossover Rd.  You will see the barn just ahead on the right.

I-10 Eastbound:  Exit FM1463,take a right on FM1463.  Proceed 2.8 miles and take a left on Crossover Rd.  You will see the barn just ahead on the left.

NOTE:  Both Mapquest and Yahoo Maps show the ranch on the wrong side of FM 1463.  Please do not use them to find your way to the ranch.
